Oscar Pistorius found himself in an awkward position in court today when he was forced to squeeze past his ex-girlfriend, Samantha Taylor to take his seat in the dock.

In the course of that movement, the Paralympian was photographed having a look at what he used to 'enjoy' back in the days.

As we previously reported, Ms. Taylor also claimed she feared for her life while they were a couple and also accused the athlete of cheating on her with Reeva Steenkamp, the model girlfriend he went on to shoot dead, and claims she feared for her life during their relationship last Valentine's Day.

Wearing a short-sleeved black dress, 20-year-old Taylor may have worn a picture of Miss Steenkamp as she sat on the front bench of the public gallery because Pistorius' stare was just epic!

It came as a probation officer told the athlete's sentencing hearing that he should not be jailed for the manslaughter of his Miss Steenkamp because prison would 'break' him.

Defence witness Annette Vergeer said jail would be 'an excessive punishment' for the double-amputee, placing him at risk of poor hygiene, AIDS and even gang rape.

As she spoke, Miss Steenkamp's friends and family shook their heads in disbelief, while her cousin Kim Martin broke down in tears.
